Professionally drawn real estate floorplans
All our floor plans are architecturally correct and drawn by professional draftspersons. This is important because it means our plans are accurate depictions of the property. They are designed to be easy to understand with a simple, minimalist architectural style. By keeping unnecessary detail to a minimum they are easily read on electronic devices at different sizes.
Our plans are drawn from measurements taken at a site visit by an architecturally qualified draftsperson.
We use handheld laser measuring equipment to accurately measure up the property. The plan is then drawn to scale in architectural CAD software before being converted to the required image formats. Formats include jpg, tiff, png, gif, and pdf.
Measuring the property as it now exists means our plans include any upgrades or renovations done during the property's history. Sometimes changes are made to a property as it is being built which means even original construction drawings are not always accurate. Also actual rooms sizes are often slightly smaller when built than as depicted on construction plan drawings.
