Our drafting service provides architecturally drawn floor plans at a competitive and reasonable price.  Our standard plans start at under $200.  This includes a site visit to professionally measure up the property by a qualified draftsperson.  It also includes a choice of formats for the finished floor plan drawing. Formats include jpg, tiff, png, gif, and pdf.  For example a gif image is suitable for internet publishing and is the standard format for floorplans on realestate.com.  Alternatively, a pdf which has the highest resolution will be suitable for printing a floor plan leaflet to hand out at open house inspections.

We do not ask for a minimum order so we are happy to provide one off plans as required.  Please contact us if you have any questions about price for a particular property you are selling and we can provide an upfront quote.
