The right real estate floorplan

 

Many real estate floor plans used in online marketing are not drawn specifically for the real estate market or designed to be easily read online. Sometimes they are scanned building plans that can look messy and confusing to the average person. Often they are not drawn to a professional standard and can be inaccurate or misleading.  Many are low resolution or visually unattractive and do nothing to enhance a professional presentation and could subliminally affect perceptions of the property itself.

To work most effectively a floor plan should be accurate, and easy to understand by the target audience.  It should also look stylish and professional as an image.  A plan that is messy, pixellated or amateurish will be counterproductive and detract from an otherwise professional campaign.
